Heading to the Harbour

Nutty to sweet hints and full bodied. This is the basic coffee of everyday life.

We had a relative whose life was the boat and coffee. Never in our lives did we meet anyone who drank as much coffee as he did. This is a good, all day, multiple cup of coffee

When coming up with a name for this one, we had someone filling out their first "pogey" questions. Just like that, we had a name. A hard working coffee, for a hard working crew who might be seasonal. One of our most popular blends, unknown by one of Canada's most popular saying, Eh?!

Singing Sands

The aroma is a deep earthy to winey tone and contains dark chocolate undertones. A medium to heavy boy with a dry edge to it.

Want to be at the beach, but can't make it? This coffee helps slow down your rushed soul. The aroma takes you to a calm and quiet spot and those few delicious moments, sipping and relaxing, well, you can almost hear the singing sands.

14 Weeks

This coffee will show you a balanced sweetness with a nutty aroma. It has a balanced and pleasant bittersweet flavor.

A great coffee to get you up and going. A good morning and mid afternoon coffee, enjoyable black or with milk/cream and/or sweetener.

Road Crew

Say what you will, but the road crew love a good strong coffee! They need to be alert getting the job done. If you see a worker leaning on the shovel, it's because he didn't have our coffee!

Three Rivers Blend

This coffee will show you a balanced sweetness with a nutty aroma with a strong pick you up base. It has a balanced and pleasant bittersweet flavor.

This is a complex coffee, hard to sit three people down and have them describe it the same. This is a lovey mix of everything you want in a coffee for getting down to business

Dundas Fair

Rich and Nutty aroma with a full body. Flavour notes, molasses to a citrus with a pleasant sweetness.

We miss the Pig Scramble at the Dundas Fair! The fair where the local farmers get to show off their skill, the women get to enter the "Husband Calling Contest" and kids get to be kids. The molasses notes will remind many of the early morning coffee on the farm, getting ready to work the fields. We remember it because when this coffee was on, biscuits were being made

Ha​m and Egger​

Good Morning- our most popular medium strength. This is a Medium strength coffee. A mild earthy aroma with caramel flavor notes. Aftertaste and feel is smooth and pleasant.

Back in the days of Friday night fights, some of the well know scrappers would travel the circuit, fighting for the money purse and their ham and egg breakfast. Now, a ham and egger breakfast is to keep you full till your​ late lunch or early supper. This is your good morning, early coffee to get your day going.​

Belfast Beauties​

A medium strength coffee with medium flavor profile and Earthy aroma. Smooth and a hint of salt aftertaste.

Beauty pageants use to the the social event of the year on the Island, this coffee blend carries on the trend of a beautiful cup of coffee with a smart flavour profile.

Friday at the Factory​

By the Bay​

They say the bay side of the water is always warmer, the smell of the salt air, the warmth of the nutty finish, ideal for the campfire on the beach.

On the Way to Cardigan

A medium strength coffee with subtle flavor profile and nutty aroma. Smooth and mild aftertaste.

Not sure there is a soul of coffee drinking age, in Kings County, who doesn't know what "on the Way to Cardigan'' means. Back in the good old days, you headed to Cardigan as it was the closest liquor store around. This medium coffee is ideal for a little Cardigan twist.

Before the Cock Crow's​

A strong coffee with a nutty spice aroma and taste. It has hints of caramel undertones which give a pleasant aftertaste.

If coffee had a backbone, this is the coffee blend. Many farms were built on this blend, strong get up and at it, followed by a burst of energy which will carry you into the late afternoon hours. It’s a long gradual pick up and go.

Souris to the Maggie​

Rustic earthy flavors, Full body. Brews a smooth cup with hints of caramel. An earthy richness and pleasant aftertaste.

Sitting and waiting for the ferry to the Maggies, get yourself into vacation mode with a brew sure to make you want to walk the beaches of the Maggie or the Souris shoreline searching for sea glass treasures.
